How the Custom Build Queue Works

This deposit reserves a spot in my custom build queue for a Phantom or Ghost case.

You're not buying an in-stock item. Every custom case is made after you submit your build request.

Here's how it works:

  • Purchase the custom build deposit.

  • You'll receive an email from me with a link to a build form.

  • Fill out the form with your color choices and any options for your case.

  • I'll review everything and send you an invoice for the remaining balance, along with an estimated build time.

  • Once the invoice is paid, your spot is locked in and I'll get started.

A few things to know:

  • The deposit is applied toward the final price of your case.

  • The deposit is non-refundable.

  • Please submit your build form within 7 days of purchasing the deposit.

  • Once I send your invoice, it should be paid within 7 days. If it isn't, I'll cancel the order and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Custom orders are accepted in limited numbers so I can keep making my regular inventory.
