This is a set of American 1100s plus a couple of LOTO locks thrown in so you can actually figure out what you are doing instead of bouncing off random hardware store junk forever.

You get two brand new American 1100s and one used 1100 so you can feel the difference between fresh and broken in. Same lock, slightly different attitude. That alone will teach you more than watching a dozen tutorials.

Then you get a Master Lock 406 LOTO and an Abus 74/40 LOTO to remind you that not all locks care about your feelings. They are still pin tumblers, just with a different kind of stubborn personality that will absolutely punish lazy technique.

This is a progression set, meaning repetition matters. You are not here for instant gratification, you are here to learn how one lock behaves, then realize the next one behaves just slightly worse.

If you want easy wins, this is not it. If you want to understand why people keep obsessing over the 1100, this is where that starts.
