Each case is individually built by me, not mass produced. I work through a limited number of build reservations at a time so every case receives full attention.

How Build Reservations Work
Purchasing this item reserves production time for one Phantom case.
After checkout, I will personally email you within 24 to 48 hours with a short form to finalize color and other options.
Build reservations are completed in the order they are purchased.
Build Timeline
Current estimated build time is 3 to 4 weeks from form submission.
This timeline is intentionally conservative. I do not overbook production or rush builds.
If your case is completed early, it will ship early.

Availability
Only a small number of build reservations are released at one time.
When all reservations are taken, this listing will show sold out. New reservations are released only when capacity opens again.
This approach keeps timelines realistic and quality consistent.

Each case is inspected before shipping and is expected to perform as intended for regular use. Minor cosmetic variation is normal with small run production and does not affect function or durability.
If your case does not meet your expectations, you should not feel stuck with it. Contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will work with you to make it right.
Returns are accepted in unused condition and a full refund will be issued once the case is received back.
